自製自製泡菜
為答謝韓國朋友寄來的禮物!我做了泡菜,因時間關係在調味方便我只買了一合韓色辣醬!
先將紹菜及蘿蔔用粗鹽醃一天,第二天菜和蘿蔔出了很多水!然後加了蘋果絲、蒜、薑加辣醬拌勻隔走多餘的水,再醃一兩天便成功了!
當我試味的時候覺得味道不道,有點像平時食開的味 :) 但有點兒咸了!要減少鹽的份量!
